A complimentary home visit or phone call to discuss areas of concern in your home. This is a time to ask any questions and go over any goals you may have. Afterwards a follow up email will be sent with the next steps towards scheduling our services.

 

 

Organization

$50/Hour | 1 Organizer

$75/Hour | 2 Organizers

Let’s get organized, because you deserve a beautiful and functional home that you love! We provide guidance and motivation as well as structure during the decluttering process. Once we have spent some time in your home we can then make suggestions and/or purchase any organizing product needed to implement new systems and finish off with customizable labels as a final step. When we are done we can also take away donations so that you don’t have to and make sure that they go to the right place.

 

 

Relocation

  • Are you starting the process of a major downsize? Think large house to small apartment, we can measure your existing furniture, do a walkthrough of your new space and help you to determine what you should keep or not. Together and/or with the recommendations from an appraiser we can then work through selling, donating or discarding the items that you won’t be taking to your new home. Downsizing can be a stressful as well as an emotional undertaking, however if an extra hand is needed you don’t have to take it on yourself.

  • If you don’t want to pay to move belongings that you don’t use, we can help with the decluttering and packing process before you move. Or maybe you have already decluttered and packed yourself, found it overwhelming and need help unpacking? We are also happy to help you unpack, even if its just your kitchen so that its functional and ready to use right away. We will even have some organizing product on hand just incase your utensil drawer for example is a different size.

  • If you are thinking of selling your home and don’t know where to start to get ready for pictures and showings or just don’t have the time, we can help with this. We provide light staging, meaning we use your own belongings while packing away any visual clutter and creating a more open and inviting space for a potential buyer. We are also happy to recommend and place staging items in your home like flowers, pillows and blankets for a more time and budget friendly approach compared to traditional staging.
