What should I expect during a session? | We take a hands on approach of jumping right in and working along side our clients, customizing each home and its belongings. We work at your pace and go as speedy as you like, we understand that some areas of your home that have more sentimental items may take longer then others. If you are however interested in having less involvement this is also an option, we have had clients who we have never even met once. An example of this was in Whistler, where the client wanted their kitchen unpacked before returning home from where they were staying while their home was being renovated.

Are there any additional perks? | Yes! Not only do we provide hands on guidance and motivation in your home, the following perks are also included:

• Complimentary customizable labels.

• Purchasing organizational supplies as needed.

• Donating items to community partners, including thrift shops.

• Coordinating community partners, including cleaners or a handyman.

What are your payment policies? | Payment is due within 5 days of receiving an invoice, if this is a multi-week project an invoice will be sent at the end of each week. The client will pay for any parking expenses if free parking is not available. An exception to our cancellation policy if the client is sick or has an emergency. Cancellations made with less then 24hrs notice will be subject to a $50.00 (1hr) fee or a $75.00 (1hr) fee if our assistant organizer was also scheduled. If not home at arrival of a scheduled session this will be subject to a $150.00 (3hr) fee or a $225.00 (3hr) fee if our assistant organizer was also scheduled. We accept cash, cheque and e-transfers (no fee) as well as all credit/debit cards (3% fee).

What areas do you service? | We provide our services in Whistler, Squamish and Vancouver. Providing complimentary home consultations in Squamish or complimentary phone consultations for our Whistler and Vancouver clients. We charge the same hourly rate in Whistler, Squamish and Vancouver, however our minimum is 3hrs in Squamish and 6hrs in Whistler as well as Vancouver. We are happy to consider traveling to locations farther away, however additional travel charges may occur on a case by case basis.
